He kept a party vibe going and wanted to make sure everyone was having fun. Snorkeling was amazing and the drinks/dancing on the catamaran were great! Unfortunately the weather did not co-operate for the parasailing portion of the excursion and the heavy winds prevented this activity from happening. Victor was quick to organize alternative activities to offer which other couples agreed to but my husband and I really wanted to experience parasailing.
